Ridge was my boss at Jessups of Romford and he was a kind, happy and patient man. He was also my mentor as a rookie car salesman in the eighties. He was a brilliant manager and everything he said was true and happened in business. I only found out about his passing just a few minutes ago and I'm horrified that he left his family in 2012. I'm 72 now but have never forgotten him and never will. Such happy memories of you Ridge. God bless you and thank you.
