Ridge was my boss at Jessups of Romford and he was a kind, happy and patient man. He was also my mentor as a rookie car salesman in the eighties. He was a brilliant manager and everything he said was true and happened in business. I only found out about his passing just a few minutes ago and I'm horrified that he left his family in 2012.
